At SGAI HealthLink, privacy and responsible data governance are not compliance checkboxes — they are core design principles. From the moment Genie captures a facial video to the moment physiological estimates are returned to the care team, privacy protections are built into every layer of the system architecture.
Genie is designed so that facial video used for physiological signal extraction is not retained after processing. Raw video data is used transiently for signal extraction and is not stored in identifiable form by default.
Genie does not build or maintain a biometric database of facial images or identities. The system is designed to extract physiological signals — not to identify, catalog, or surveil individuals.
SGAI HealthLink's system architecture is designed to align with HIPAA requirements for the protection of protected health information. Specific implementation details vary by deployment configuration and partner environment.
We are committed to clear, honest communication about what data Genie uses, how it is processed, and what protections are in place. We do not obscure our data practices behind vague policy language.
Genie's AI models are developed with attention to fairness, equity, and generalizability — including across diverse skin tones, ages, and clinical populations. We actively monitor for and work to mitigate algorithmic bias.
SGAI HealthLink is a development-stage company. Genie is not yet commercially available in all markets. Regulatory status varies by jurisdiction and intended use. Nothing on this site constitutes a medical device claim, diagnostic recommendation, or treatment guidance.
