Dr. Charles Hsu is a technology entrepreneur, academic-industry connector, investor, and biomedical technology strategist. With deep experience spanning MIT, micro/nanotechnology, healthcare innovation, and global partnership development, he leads company-building, strategic partnerships, fundraising, commercialization, and U.S. market development.

Dr. Hung-Jen "Steven" Su
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Steven Su leads SGAI HealthLink's core technology development — including AI models, physiological signal processing, camera-based measurement systems, software architecture, and product engineering. His work forms the technical foundation of the Genie platform.

Dr. Scott Helgeson serves as Clinical Strategy Advisor to SGAI HealthLink. As a Mayo Clinic physician leader with expertise relevant to pulmonary and critical care medicine, hospital workflows, and clinical innovation, Dr. Helgeson provides strategic guidance on clinical validation planning, care delivery use cases, hospital adoption considerations, and responsible translation of Genie into real-world care environments.
